“ My 12 clients are a blessing and a curse”

The words of my buddy Victor…

Every Monday, he pulles ad data from three Ad platforms.

And builds those famous client reports.

All is good when everything is smooth sailing...

But what if one ad campaign breaks?
And you’re knee deep in fixing it…

And on Monday, your other 11 clients need their weekly reports.

Sound familiar…?

I told him to let Claude handle the reporting.

Victor started with one task…

Now his team saves 8-10 hours a week.

The mistake I see everywhere:
trying to automate ten things at once.

You're running a business.
You're not an AI automation specialist.

Now, before you rush off to an AI guru’s YouTube channel, do this:

The 5 steps to get started:

1. Ask your team: "What task do you hate doing?"

Pick the one that wastes the most time.

2. Open Claude. Paste the data from that task.

Type: "Here's what I need. Do this for me."
Add an example of the finished result.
Claude needs to see what good looks like.

3. Compare Claude's output to your manual version.

Run both side by side for one week.
Don't switch yet, just compare.
If something is wrong, tell Claude what to fix.

4 . If the output matches, stop doing it yourself.

Tell your team: "This is how we do it now."
Write down the exact steps so anyone can run it.

5. Next Monday, pick the second-worst task.

Same process. One task per week.
By month three, your team suggests the next one.

In the coming newsletters, I'll show you how to build these AI agents.
